The Yeh Group have taken numerous actions in response to the impact of Covid 19. Our first priority is to our employees and business partners with whom we have been working over the past years.
Our Group continues to operate as before, albeit at a reduced activity level. Many of our customers and suppliers are experiencing significant downward impact on their businesses, which in turn has affected us. Consequently, we have reduced our working week to match demand and have tried to flex down our costs without undue hardship to our employees.
Where possible, we are avoiding personal contact with third parties and adapting to remote working. This includes the use of video conferencing and multimedia platforms.
We are currently developing a number of fabrics which are intended for use in “PPE” personal protective equipment, including masks. Through our website we are making fabric masks available for purchase, which have been produced entirely by the Yeh Group, on site in Thailand.
As a result of the contraction of the activity levels we are unfortunately not able to offer to customers any extended credit and have moved most accounts to payment on dispatch. This policy is being constantly reviewed and we hope to return to our previously agreed trading terms in the near future.
